We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, used items cannot be returned.

Baby products cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons, except in case of manufacturing defects or wrong item received.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and will be issued using the original payment method.
